Γουαδελούπη (γαλλικά: Guadeloupe) είναι αρχιπέλαγος και υπερπόντιο διαμέρισμα της Γαλλίας στην ανατολική Καραϊβική Θάλασσα με έκταση 1.628 τ.χλμ. και πληθυσμό 402.119 κατοίκους, σύμφωνα με επίσημες εκτιμήσεις του 2013.

Τα δύο κύρια νησιά της Γουαδελούπης, η Μπας-Τερ και η Γκραντ-Τερ, χωρίζονται από ένα στενό πορθμό και συχνά αναφέρονται ως ένα νησί.

Το αρχιπέλαγος περιλαμβάνει, επίσης, τα μικρότερα νησιά Μαρί-Γκαλάντ (Marie-Galante), Λα Ντεζιράντ (La Désirade), και Ιλ ντε Σαιντ (Îles des Saintes)

Είναι υπερπόντια περιοχή της Γαλλίας, στην οποία ανήκει από το 1635.

Το όνομα της πρωτεύουσας είναι Μπας-Τερ.
