Manager Customer Journey Mapping

You should hold a University Degree in Marketing or Social Sciences and MBA will be considered as an asset. The successful candidate will have 7 years’ experience customer-focused roles (consulting, digital or CRM agencies, customer service or experience, marketing). Experience in Customer Experience Metrics & techniques is considered as a plus.
Fluency in English and Greek as well as strong analytical skills and business acumen. The candidate should be a team player and able to work in a dynamic and goal driven environment with depth & agility.

• Define existing Customer journey landscape, build and maintain 360° customer journey maps that incorporate customer interactions, experiences and opinions
• Orchestrate strategic and complex business planning (Customer Journey Mapping)
• Leverage insights & analytics around customer behavior, definition, demographics etc to build a more tailored approach to engagement
• Utilize ongoing customer feedback through broad set of market monitoring tools in order to drive better decision making and execution across the company

Production Technician (temporary position)

We are looking for passionate individuals who yearn for challenges and international work environments!

You should hold a TEI degree in Mechanical or in Automation Engineering. The successful candidate will have a working experience preferably on technical field or within an industrial environment. You are excellent in both written and spoken English. You have proven experience on workshop machines operation and good knowledge of pneumatic systems and product transfer equipment. CAD and ERP knowledge are considered an asset.

Your responsibilities, among others, will include:

• Monitor, control and maintain the technical conditions/standards according to Equipment Manufacturer and PMI Guidelines.
• Perform activities to the assigned equipment in order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation, to maximize production and product quality according to PMI safety standards and respect norms and regulations.
• Ensure that the process and products meet the quality and productivity standards and take proper corrective actions if needed.
• Resolve breakdowns and perform proper equipment settings, adjustments or technical modifications. Identify the source of each technical problem and take proper actions to solve it and eliminate possibility of re-occurrence.
• Analyze performance and quality indicators, and support production to achieve KPI objectives, provide solutions in difficult technical issues, execute methodically trouble shooting methods as FMEA, RCFA and provide performance and activities reports.
• Create competitive advantages on existing company physical assets by providing innovative technical solutions for strategic company decisions and cost-reduction projects.
• Work with the maintenance team to optimize reliability and efficiency of equipment by improving proactive and reactive methods and cost.
• Study, make constructions, perform workshop activities and execute projects by providing innovative technical solutions.
• Support the installation of new assets and executes start-up achieving full reliable equipment in cooperation with Machine Manufacturer and best practices sharing from other affiliates.
• Support and coordinate production trials and be able to document the results in reports.
• Manage spare parts availability and proper use on equipment.
• Monitor all technical changes on equipment and update technical manuals of equipment.
