To meet our current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team Network Engineer,

based in Pallini, Attica.

More specifically you will:

Cooperate with other team members:

• Participate in the presales process in collaboration with other departments/ team members
• Work with other System Engineers to plan, design and improve business services
• Coach and guide colleagues in technical related issues

Lead Projects:

• Create/ Revise project documentation
• Lead project/ solution implementation
• Perform project/ solution implementation tasks
• Ensure that the project\'s time frames are met
• Conduct client meetings for requirements gathering and/or consultancy on new technologies and solutions

Provide Technical Support:

• Perform upgrade and/or other related tasks on clients’ infrastructure
• Provide support and troubleshooting in existing infrastructure.
• Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve network outages for the remote sites, resolve operational issues and restore services.
• Providing expert level root cause analysis for issue troubleshooting.
• Determine bottlenecks, enhance automation of repetitive tasks
• Monitor and maintain all network related equipment in all sites and respond to alerts and outages
• Conduct fault investigation in lab environment

Implement, configure, monitor and optimize clients network infrastructure

• Work within established configuration and change management policies and tools
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Select and implement security solutions, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Upgrading data and voice network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
• The configuration of routing, switching and load balancing devices

Follow Education Plan:

• Gain technical specialization on specific products/technologies/solutions
• Participate in events for further education/development

Survey on Clients’ Network Infrastructure

• Design the network for customers premises, following security practices and standards, aiming for reliability, security, easy troubleshooting, maintainability
• Provide reviews for client\'s topology drawings and design concepts.

Other responsibilities

• Draft and maintain service documentation and processes
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Implementing and coordinating housekeeping
• Updating network documents
• Updating network designs

Requirements:

• University or College Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Systems or relevant technology-related field
• 3+ years of Network Engineer experience
• Network & Security Certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Ruckus, Huawei, Mikrotik prefered).
• You hold either a CCNA, a NSE4 or a HCIA level certification and you are experienced (CCNP, NSE5, HCIP preferred)
• You have a hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools and understanding of VMWare
• Experience with VoIP technologies, Linux Server Systems
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Wireless Solutions (Ruckus, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Ubiquity)
• Experience with Load Balancing/ Application Delivery (Fortinet ADCs, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Programming/ Scripting (Python etc)
• Operational level understanding of Layer 7 inspection and filtering along with various routing technologies, and understanding of both Windows and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• You are fluent in English language (both oral and written skills)
• As a person, you are a fast learner, agile and quick to grasp new concepts and software products
• Genuine interest in exploring and working with new technologies
• Have patience and good communication skills, ability to own a project and communicate directly with clients in greek & english to complete project commissioning
• Ability to work both independently and within multi-discipline teams … in our Company, we work, above everything else, as a TEAM. You are an excellent team player (and able to work independently as well when time comes!)
• Communication/ Presentation skills and customer focused attitude
• Availability to travel abroad
• Drivers License
