Easy little thing to up your daily nutrition ~ blend a variety of seeds down to a powder, and add to your atta mix for chappatis (or even smoothies, pancakes, anything really). This would be especially useful if you’re forgetful with nuts and such, as they’re a great source of good fats, a little protein, fibre, omega 3s and tons of other nutrients. . This is a mix of flax seeds, sesame, pumpkin seeds, chia and sunflower. I bought roughly 100 grams of each and pulsed them in a food processor till they formed a powder. So easy. We’ve been adding a spoon or two to our chappatis daily. . It’s a little thing, but I make an effort with the little things because I avoid (don’t tell my mum) popping supplements. .
