I am what I YAM! ? The almighty sweet potato! ? These inexpensive, orange hued root vegetables are the bomb! ? Their use is limitless! Had this as my pre workout fuel as well! ? So nutritious, overflowing with essential vitamins and minerals, and extremely tasty too, especially when you get the cinnamon involved and spice things up even more! Sweeeeet! ??And YOOO… that chia jam though… ? Ill let you know how I made it at the bottom! Big up to @beazysbites too! ? Berry berry good! ? My swirl game is coming along alright ey? Have a solid start to the week peeps! ? • Details: baked sweet potato, cinnamon, @manilife_ peanut butter and that berry nice homemade chia jam! ? • Berry Chia Jam: All you need is fresh/frozen berries, can use any really, it all tastes like heaven anyways! ☺️ I used mostly raspberries with a few blueberries and blackcurrants as I wanted it kind of red! Cook them on a stove, medium heat with chia seeds and a drizzle maple syrup. Then CHILL! ?
