Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a PMO to join our team.
Job Summary
The job holder will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of various projects within our company. This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to drive the successful execution of projects.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure adherence to company’s regulations and standards.
- Generate regular reports and updates for stakeholders, providing clear insights into project progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to allocate resources efficiently and optimize project outcomes.
- Uphold quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.
- Facilitate communication among vendors, clients, project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain alignment and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification will be considered as an asset.
- 2- 4 years of related experience.
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Detailed knowledge of contracts and services offered.
- Business acumen, with emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
