Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary

The job holder will work closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. To be successful in this role, he/she should participate in the development and implementation of business processes, systems, and solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Document and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and user acceptance planning (UAP).
Design and publish procedure and process Manuals for the relevant applications of Business Units
Generate and present reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master\'s degree in IT or Finance will be considered as an asset.
2 years of related experience will be considered as an asset.
Understanding of business processes and technology.
Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent command of MS-Office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
